The Portsmouth Library In August 1998, JARS Sales and Services Co. Ltd. worked alongside Activille Tavernier and Associates Ltd. to construct a new library for the town of Portsmouth in Dominica. The Library is a single storey building of reinforced concrete and internal tubular columns with steel trusses.
The National Bank of Dominica – Portsmouth Branch The National Bank of Dominica on the Michael Douglas Boulevard in Portsmouth is another building built by Activille Tavernier and Associates Ltd in conjunction with JARS Sales and Services Co. Ltd. The bank features a suspended ceiling with a reinforced concrete structure and steel trusses. The finishing sports Durasand drywall.
Cocoa Villas Cocoa Villas is a hospitality complex with two blocks: each with two condos and a basement apartment. Activille Tavernier and Associates in conjunction with JARS Sales and Services Co. Ltd constructed the villas out of reinforced concrete. Both buildings have timbre framed roofs with color coated roof sheeting.
