Roseau Underground High Voltage Network
In 2006, The Dominica Electricity Services Ltd. contracted JARS Sales and Service Co. Ltd. to lay ducts and install manhole chambers for running high voltage cables in Roseau’s underground. This was an historic project, because it was the first of its kind in the city.

Industrial Pipe and Tank Repair
Activille Tavernier and Associates Ltd. and JARS Sales and Services Co. Ltd have performed mechanical and maintenance work on major industrial sites in Dominica, including Dominica Colgate Palmolive and Texaco.  These works involved repairs to pipelines, the installation of dispensing pumps and tanks, and the fitting of special valves. 

Assessment of Woodbridge Bay Wharf
In April 2006, the Dominica Port Authority assigned JARS Sales and Services Co. Ltd. to assess the condition of steel piles and concrete structures at the Woodbridge Bay Wharf and the Roseau Cruise Ship Wharf.  JARS’ assessment gave direction on the steps to be taken for preserving the safety and longevity of both infrastructures. JARS conducted a structural survey of the facilities and prepared a comprehensive report to the Dominica Port Authority.
