JARS Sales and Services Co. Ltd. embraces the philosophy and objectives of S.H.A.P.E (Society for Historic Architecture, Preservation & Enhancement) and encourages its clients, wherever possible, to preserve the character of historic properties.  The company has so far worked on the restoration of three prominent “gingerbread” buildings in the city of Roseau.  Jars took great care to recreate and repair the historic designs of these buildings and hired skilled artisans to rebuild certain sections, such as the fretwork and stone pointing, using traditional methods with modern materials.  The buildings on 17 Kennedy Avenue, 38 Great George Street, and 19 Castle Street, all in the city of Roseau, are good representatives of the company’s restoration works.
