Ross University Waste Water Treatment System
In March 2002, JARS Sales and Services Co. Ltd. collaborated with Activille Tavernier and Associates to set up a waste water and treatment plant as part of improvements to the Ross University Portsmouth campus’ sewerage system.  On this project, JARS installed four (4) sewage pump stations, interconnecting pipes and force mains, and constructed a treatment plant. The plant incorporated four (4) tanks. The final of which contained a re-circulating pump which sent the effluent to the gravel filter bed. The treated effluent then flows into a soakage pit.

Roseau Water and Sewerage Sanitation Project
In November 2000, JARS Sales and Services Co. Ltd. worked as a sub-contractor on the upgrading of the water and sewerage system in Roseau, Dominica’s city.  The rehabilitation works involved the repair of the existing clay lines, the laying of new pipes, and the installation of pre-cast manholes. On the water component of the project, JARS laid new PVC pipes and installed water connections along the city’s water distribution mains.
